Talking with a virtual worker meant leaving its page for a separate chat area. A virtual worker's page now has a Conversation tab, so you can talk with it where you see its work. Open the virtual worker's page and choose Conversation.
Improved
Attaching a file to a support ticket only offered documents and sheets, so anything else you keep in Files could not be attached. The attachment picker now offers the items in Files, so you can attach any file your organization keeps there.
Fixed
Opening Docs, Sheets, Slides, Photos or another area could fail even though your organization has it. Every area your organization has now opens.
Opening an attachment on a support ticket could leave you looking at a blank tab. The tab now opens the attached file.
Opening a conversation with a virtual worker when your organization does not have that feature could fail with an unexplained error. It now tells you plainly why it cannot open.
Choosing to manage your subscription could take you to a subscription screen that did not match your plan and billing details. That choice now opens your own plan and billing details.
Work paid with credits could finish while your balance still showed it as unfinished. Your balance now updates when the work finishes.
Adding credits while earlier work was still unpaid could leave your balance not matching the work that had actually run. After you add credits, your balance now shows the earlier work correctly.
Work that never started could leave credits held against it, unavailable for anything else. Those credits are now available to use again.
A request to start credit-paid work that could not start could be reported as a service failure. It now says plainly that the request was refused, so you can tell a refusal from a problem on our side.
